Event Day (April 20, 2025 Sunday) Guidelines:

Race Day Assembly Venue: Anantraj Estate, Sector 63A, Gurugram

Assembly time 5:00am onward.

Reaching early will help you in finding a suitable parking area.

Parking:

Park your vehicle in the designated parking area at the venue. Parking attendants will guide you
# Keep your valuables in the dashboard or boot of the car. These should not be visible from outside.
# Using cab services or car-pooling are also the alternative options.

Category wise Start Time:

► 10Mile Run starts at 6:00am (4km long course, 2loops= 16Km)
► 5Mile Run & Walk start at 6:15am (4km long course, 1loop= 8Km)
► 1Mile Kids Run starts at 6:25am (Go 800m, take u-turn & come back= 1Mile)

Water Stations and other arrangements:

We are making our events eco-friendly and green. Water will be served in disposable cups or you may use your personal bottles/ sippers. There are 4 water stations on the route. The aid stations will have first-aid, water, energy drink and race related snacking items.
There will be Km markers and volunteers to guide you at every turn. The route is clean, green and traffic free.

Facilities in assembly area:

Sanitized toilets, photo zone, food zone, baggage counter & experience zone.

Post Run Activities:

Participants will get finishers’ Medal & Timing Certificate will be available online.
Lucky Draw: 4 Lucky draws towards the end of the event. Only present participants will have a chance to win the lucky draw which has bicycle and electronic gadgets in prizes.
Post run breakfast will be served to all participants in the assembly area.

Felicitation:

► Top 3 finishers (overall fastest male & female) in 10Mile, 5mile & 1Mile Kids Run will be felicitated. The results are on the basis of net time, irrespective of age category.
► 5Mile Walkathon is a non-timed fun walk category.
► Age category (Under 18, 18-45yrs, 45-55yrs, 55yrs & above) wise podium finishers will be felicitated in a separate function, date for which will be communicated to the winners once the results are officially announced on Wednesday (16th April).
